Jeff was born and raised in Iowa and he grew up spending many winters skiing at resorts in Colorado. Jeff fell in love with the state and knew he wanted to someday make Colorado his permanent home. They formed mostly over the southern portions of the forecast area. They are slowly moving into the southern portions of Archuleta County as of 12 pm. Dewpoints are very high.
